COMPANY HISTORY

JAZ-ZY was formed when our founder, Ada Hansen, recognized the need for artfully unique and practical high quality clothing for women of all ages, sizes and shapes. Ada's vision was to create an affordable, mix and match collection with comfort and high style in mind. Ada also felt her clothing designs needed to be available in a relaxed, convenient, comfortable environment.

As a salon and day spa owner, Ada has spent many years working primarily with women. She recognized how most women work double time; managing a career, a household and a family. Many women at the peak of their careers are faced with “sandwich” care-giving. They not only help their families but also aging parents.

Ada's first company, Artful Impression specialized in high fashion designs for the medical, salon and spa professional. Artful Impression received critical acclaim in 2006 when they were recognized with the presigeous “Best of the Best” award in 2006 for the most innovative new idea in the salon, spa and medi-spa industry.

Together with the help and business guidance of her husband Todd, the Hansen’s embarked on expanding their company beyond the professional. JAZ-ZY is committed to empowering women. It has become Ada’s passion to empower women. Ada is also dedicated to helping women set their own goals, own their own business, determine their own income by deciding which and how many hours are best for their family. With JAZ-ZY, women can modify their careers as often as needed. Making your career adapt to your family and life is what JAZ-ZY is all about. It all happens in a fun, upbeat, high fashion party atmosphere.

Ada began with Trunk Shows in her own community. Immediately the trunk shows where a tremendous success! Ada quickly saw the demand for a traveling Trunk Show Party. Besides Trunk Show Parties, Ada was also approached to show her designs in corporate office settings, women’s clubs, community centers, colleges, professional clubs and organizations. Everyone always had a great time and so did Ada. Presenting and attending trunk shows is fun! In addition to the fun, Ada was very excited about the financial growth and record sales of her designs. Together, Todd and Ada developed the JAZ-ZY Fashion Consultant business opportunity. In 2008 JAZ-ZY partnered with John & Johnny Amico and Eduardo Remolina. JAZ-ZY launched nationally, dedicated to empowering women with the opportunity to MAKE THEIR DREAMS HAPPEN!
